Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd’s Q4FY23 Results

This is a quick re-cap of fourth quarter results of Happiest Minds Technologies Ltd. The revenues for the quarter grew 25.8% y-o-y in rupee terms. The growth rates have been declining since the first quarter of FY23. Sequentially too, the trend was same with Q4 revenues growing only by 3.0% as compared to the 9.4% q-o-q growth witnessed in Q1. But for the January acquisition of SMI limited, that added $2.4 million to the quarter’s top-line, Company might have reported a decline in revenues.
