Tube Investments’ subsidiary receives Rs 400 cr investment

Multiples Private Equity Fund lll (“Multiples”) has invested Rs. 266,66,68,500 and M/s. State Bank of lndia (‘SBl’) has invested Rs. 133,33,33,300 in M/s. Tl Clean Mobility Private Limited (“TICMPL”), a subsidiary of Tube lnvestments of lndia Limited.

TICMPL has allotted 100 Equity Shares & 2,66,66,667 Series Al Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to Multiples and 1,33,33,333 Series A1 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares to SBI respectively.
