Larsen & Toubro Ltd has today issued and allotted 2,00,000 7.725% Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 1 lakh each aggregating to Rs. 2,000 crore which will mature on April 28, 2028. The said Debentures are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The interest on the said Debentures will be paid on an Annual Basis.
