Rail Vikas Nigam receives LoAs worth Rs 4058 crore

Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has received three(3) nos. Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) of Underground Stations for phase-II Project. The details of LoAs are as below:

1. Contract Size – Rs 1730.59 crore. Construction of five underground stations at KMC (Kilpauk), Sterling Road JN, Nungambakkam, Gemini (Anna Flyover), Thousand Lights and Thousand Lights cross over box and works other than diaphragm wall of two underground stations at Royapettah Govt. Hospital (Roy Apettah) & Chetpet Metro in Corridor-3 of CMRL Phase-II Project”.
2. Contract Size – Rs 1461.97 crore. Construction of four underground stations at R.Radhakrishnan Salai, Thiruma Yilai, Mandaneli, and Adyar Junction and two cross passage shafts and one emergency escape shaft and works other than diaphragm wall of one underground station at Greenways Road Metro in Corridor-3 of CMRL Phase-II Project.
3. Contract Size – Rs 865.62 crore. Construction of three (03) underground stations at Adyar Depot, Indira Nagar and Taramani Road Junction (TARAMANI) and ramp and works other than diaphragm wall of underground station at Thiruv Anmiyur Metro in Corridor-3 of CMRL Phase-II Project.
